Entry Level Engineer

 brightstack TECHNOLOGIES, LLC is a Technology Services company servicing clients in the NY metro and surrounding areas. We focus on superior help desk services, VoIP solutions, network deployments and application development. We are looking to add additional engineers to our team and put them through our program. Our goal is to bring in entry-level engineers, train them and provide a career path. We are looking to bring on engineers who can rapidly graduate from the entry-level program and reach senior status within 12 months.

We are looking to find ideal candidates across two areas. The first area is related to business acumen, background and interpersonal skills. In this area, the ideal candidate will:

1) Be highly intelligent;

2) Be hardworking, responsible, loyal, trustworthy and reliable;

3) Have at least a college education;

4) Have excelled academically;

5) Have excellent problem solving ability;

6) Be able to take direction;

7) Be able to manage your time, prioritize and track your tasks;

8) Have a calm approach when dealing with clients;

9) Have a strong desire to build a career in the technology industry;

The second area is related to previous exposure to technology. In this area, the ideal candidate will:

1) Have experience working with PC's and servers;

2) Have some experience working with firewalls and Internet connectivity;

3) Have installed and supported desktop applications including Microsoft office, palm desktop, anti-virus, etc.

4) Some experience with network and system administration, including Windows Server (Active Directory), Exchange, TCP/IP, dns, email, etc.

As you go through our program, you will receive certifications and exposure to a number of technologies and vendors including: Microsoft, Cisco, ShoreTel, VoIP, Windows, Exchange, Security, CRM, etc.

VoIP Sales

The Position:
brightstack TECHNOLOGIES, LLC seeks sales professionals to help secure new clients for our VoIP products and services. We deploy and maintain IP Based PBX phone systems, VoIP Systems, Voice and Data Circuits, Lan/Wan's, Data Networks, Server Hardware and Software. The current opening has its territory in New York City, Queens, Nassau County and Suffolk County. We are building our team from the ground up and are looking for long-term team players. Only energetic, motivated, self sufficient and seasoned sales professionals, with a proven track record, should consider this position. We also require good business acumen, ethics and professionalism in all sales activities. If you are looking to make money (150K+ at plan) and you are confident in your skills as a sales professional, then this is a great position for you.

Requirements include:
7+ years of sales experience focusing on technology solutions.
A Rolodex of prospects who consider you a "trusted advisor" when it comes to their technology needs.
The ability to acquire new accounts within the first 60 days.
Experience selling: Legacy or VoIP PBX solutions, Lan/Wan and Network solutions, Microsoft Environments (Server, Exchange, etc.), Voice and Data Circuits and Software.
Place a high value on the importance of sales cycles.
Gather client requirements and recommend the most appropriate solution to meet the requirements.
Strong writing skills.
Strong presentation skills to corporate executives, small business owners and technical staff. You will need to present to audiences ranging from non-technical to highly technical.
Provide outstanding client satisfaction to increase word of mouth sales and ensure retention.

Job Responsibilities include:
At the end of the day, your job is to hit revenue targets. Everything else listed is a means to that end.
Develop new leads, move existing leads through the sales process.
Set appointments.
Deliver presentations and demos.
Author proposals.
Negotiate pricing and contracts.
Maintain a robust pipeline to help meet your revenue goals.

Benefits:
brightstack TECHNOLOGIES, LLC offers full benefits and a lucrative compensation plan. If you achieve the annual revenue and profitability targets we have in mind for you, you will earn $150K+ on an annual basis. There is no cap on the commission plan, so if you dramatically exceed your revenue targets, you will dramatically increase how much you earn.
