Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware

Our flat-fee, comprehensive IT programs include Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware including any renewals, there is no extra cost for our Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware solutions. The Desktop Agent can also manage signature updates of other Anti-virus packages such as Norton, Symantec, e-Trust etc. The signature files are updated once every four hours.  The Anti-spyware scans are done every day. Through our Managed Services platform, we keep track of any issues (such as old definitions, failed engines, etc) with the Anti-virus and Anti-spyware systems and remedy any issues.
