Help Desk

brightstack TECHNOLOGIES' help desk is available to our clients as part of our flat-fee, comprehensive programs. Our help desk is accessible via phone, email, live chat or through our client portal. Should any of your users have an issue, they, or the appointed IT Coordinator within your organization, can reach out to our help desk for support. We can resolve most issues in under 30 minutes on a remote basis using the secure agent we install on all devices we have under management. Should an on-site visit be required, our services manager will schedule the visit and ensure an engineer is on-site within our committed Service Level Agreements. Should the issue be of a high severity in nature, we will dramatically exceed our SLA to ensure that the impact of the issue is kept to a minimum. All calls into the help desk are assigned a ticket. Once the task is completed, you will be contacted to complete a survey regarding how satisfied you were with the work performed.
