Server Monitoring

brightstack Monitoring services are included with our flat-fee, comprehensive IT programs. The objective of server monitoring is to ensure proactive identification and resolution of incidents as they arise. Your technology environment is continuously monitored by brightstack TECHNOLOGIES, LLC staff and system management tools. Should a failure, incident, or other issue occur, which requires attention, the responsible operations staff is automatically notified. Affected user groups will be notified (through phone or e-mail) of any incident that could affect user-productivity. Monitoring is performed by brightstack TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, 24 hours, 7 days per week, including nonworking days.
