Traxi Technologies Achieves Shoretel World Class Customer Satisfaction April 2006 - June 2006

Traxi Technologies, LLC today announced the company has received the World Class Customer Satisfaction award on all customer surveys conducted between April 2006 and June 2006. The honor was given by ShoreTel to Traxi in recognition of our World Class customer satisfaction.

ShoreTel conducts routine customer satisfaction surveys from all customers related to all areas of customer satisfaction. A score of more than 90% is considered World Class service by standards defined by the technology industry. ShoreTel partners who score over 90% on customer satisfaction surveys receive achievement awards from ShoreTel.
