Jerome Joanny joined ShoreTel in December 2005, where he is responsible for the overall ShoreTel Unified Communication integration strategy with Microsoft & IBM and currently holds roles in product management and international integration.  Jerome’s Background has included a wide range of experience with established companies, as well as start up organizations around the globe (worked in EMEA, Asia & The Americas). Jerome led the deployment of several VoIP contact centers in greater China. Jerome’s global & extensive experience of IP telephony & CTI provide him with a unique expertise on the world of unified communications.

Michael McCabe, Microsoft

Michael McCabe, Technology Specialist, currently works with Microsoft Partners in the Small and Mid-Market Solutions and Partners group for the US East Region. Michael started with Microsoft as a TS in July 2005. He has spent over 16 years in the computer industry, concentrating on collaborative, messaging and productivity technologies. He worked at Lotus Development Corporation and IBM, as well as in the financial services industry in New York City.
