Certified Orange Partners are the top tier partners focused on consulting, deploying and supporting ShoreTel IP Unified Communication systems, while maintaining world-class customer satisfaction. Certified Orange Partners are provided with exclusive benefits not available to other partners which bring further value to brightstack's customers.

Certified Orange partners can engage directly with Level 2 TAC support at ShoreTel, have dedicated ShoreTel account support, and interact at the executive level within ShoreTel. In order to achieve, and maintain Orange Certified Standing, brightstack must maintain World Class customer satisfaction, stringent staffing levels and achieve volume thresholds. Certified Orange Partners enjoy exclusive executive sponsorship in addition to their assigned Sales Manager.

This provides direct executive leadership for business discussions and escalations, if necessary. Certified Orange Partners are the primary set of Partners approved to participate in major accounts and geographic deployments, as well as installations. Certified Orange Partners who meet the CSAT score of 90 plus five surveys and TAC utilization requirements are eligible for their ShoreTel Certified Advanced Engineers to access ShoreTel Advanced Support. (by-passing ShoreTel Level 1 Support) providing faster call resolution.
